Thoroughly
clean and silver-plate cavity parts. |

Replace
all defective parts. |
|
Replace
all r.f. finger stock in the tube socket & all sliding
tuning shorts. |
|
Rebuild
both the grid & screen Teflon blocker assemblies. |
|
Install
new ferrite loaded lossy wire on both the grid &
screen terminals. |
|
The
outside surfaces will be cleaned. |
|
High
voltage spot-knock the plate, screen, and grid. |
|
Tune
the cavity to desired channel and test to full combined
rated power. A full set of measured data (including tuning
dimensions) will be furnished. Tuning controls will be locked
to desired position. |
